What You ll Do:
Reach out to customers due for contract renewals and show off those conversation skills!
Ensure customers are happy and looked after. You ll be the voice they want to hear.
Play a key role in our business s success you re a big deal here!
What We Need From You:
A confident, friendly, and outgoing telephone manner (smooth talkers, step up!)
GCSE Maths and English (yep, basic stuff, but it matters).
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a buzzing team.
Some solid IT skills to help you hit the ground running.
