Requirements for this role:
Call Centre Sales experience in Financial Sector Background Only.
At least 2 + years’ work experience in a Financial Call Centre Environment.
Matric.
Good Command of English.
Excellent Telephone Etiquette
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Driven Individuals
Strong Character to close on Leads provided.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Onboarding client.
To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into / Existing clients.
To be aggressive in closing deals.
Target Driven.
To provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.
Benefits
• Basic Salary R6 000 Per Month for the first 3 month during probation period, then the basic goes up to R7000 per month + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale e.g. Sale Comm Paid in U$D + R2000 Incentive for Top Seller.
