Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Management:
- Edit and update website content (e.g. product descriptions, banners, images) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in uploading and managing content across digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist in creating and curating content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Photography and Visual Content:
- Take high-quality photos of products, in-store displays, and events for use on digital platforms.
- Assist with filming content for our social media platforms
- Create artwork for print
- Create / edit artwork for digital use
- Creating reels and videos for social media that are engaging for our audience, and on-brand
- Assist with basic video editing in formats that engage social media audiences, capturing the personality of our brand (especially for Tik Tok)
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promotions
- Provide input into creative strategies and concepts
General Administrative Support:
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing and social media to bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements: - Matric
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a related field
- Minimum 2 -3 years working experience in a similar role
- Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva
- Proficiency with Shopify
- Knowledge of Email Marketing Software (especially Klaviyo)
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, YouTube, Tik Tok)
- Experience managing social media and creating content
- Strong portfolio
- Familiar with video editing software
- Attention to detail
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly Organised and a good communicator
