Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
- Must have strong administrative skills
- Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
- A good knowledge of beverages and the department
- A valid code 8 Drivers License
- Must be computer literate - PAN knowledge would be beneficial
- Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Be a positive individual, be self motivated, confident and have good problem solving skills
- Passionate for the Hospitality industry and in guest satisfaction
- Must have good organisation and planning skills
- Be able to work under pressure and have good attention to detail
This is a live in position with meals on duty
Work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
