Financial Manager to join their dynamic finance team on a
permanent basis . As the Financial Manager, you
will work closely with senior leadership to manage all aspects of the company's financial operations and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. This is a key leadership position with exposure to high-level decision-making, offering the opportunity to shape the financial direction of the company while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance. Duties: - Oversee and manage core accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure full compliance with Group Financial Policies, IFRS, and other local regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to senior management
- Lead the annual budgeting process, providing financial insight and strategic guidance
- Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement
- Manage and coordinate external audits, ensuring all audit requirements are met on time and with accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
- Collaborate with key departments such as EMEA Treasury, Real Estate, Accounting, and Tax to align financial strategies with business goals
- Stay informed on local industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant
- Manage relations with Tax Authorities and External Advisors on financial and accounting matters
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, including SOX and CNH policies
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect the companys assets
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure robust internal controls
Qualifications & skills: - A BCom in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- MBA or professional qualifications such as CPA/ CMA (advantageous)
- 3-5 years experience in a Financial Management role, preferably within a commercial or manufacturing environment
