The role
At Nile, we see roles as an opportunity for personal development. As our business grows, so will the scope of your role. Today, our team requires a hands-on Farmer Relationship Manager. The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions:
- Focus on growing Nile's pipeline of farmers
- Drive adoption of Nile's online platform by training farmers to leverage the online functionality
- Build strong relationships with key farmers on the Nile platform
- Support transaction execution from existing farmers
- Responsible to grow turnover of business within a given group of farmers
Skills and aptitude
- Prior experience as a retail buyer will be favorably considered
- Excellent Communicator with high degree of ownership
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Being able to adapt to changing environments and work processes
