Introduction
Company Introduction
Established in 1987, China Petroleum Technology and Development Corporation (CPTDC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) that mainly engages in the global trade of energy equipment, petrochemical products, industrial and civilian products. It is among the earliest state-owned enterprises in China to engage in global business.
Dedicated to supporting CNPC’s overseas business, CPTDC provides energy equipment and products to its customers around the world. With presence in more than 110 countries and regions, we have established cooperation with at least 2,300 high-quality customers and over 1,100 major suppliers worldwide, breaking a series of records of Chinese equipment in the global market. By participating in a great many major projects under the Belt and Road Initiative, including the construction of natural gas pipelines in Central Asia, we have been ranked top among state-owned global trade companies in terms of export volume and have received a handful of national awards.
By upholding the mission of serving the market and creating value, we have been working actively to fit into the country’s “dual circulation” development pattern in which equal importance is attached to domestic and international economic cycles. We have set up 50 marketing institutions and 20 regional service centers in 39 key countries and regions, which are distributed in markets such as Central Asia-Russia, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Americas and Europe, and the Middle East. With core competitive strengths in global business, international logistics, technical services, supply chain management, and comprehensive solutions, we are forging ahead towards the goal of becoming a world-leading integrated service provider of equipment and products in the energy industry.
