We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team based in Northriding, Gauteng.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing Excel spreadsheets, updating quotes, and reconciling invoices.
- Capture quotes and invoices using Pastel.
- Liaise with the Director regarding customer invoices and job cards.
- Manage and organise documents, records, and data efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate deliveries from the freight department on Pastel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the freight department.
- Provide support to Directors and other departments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Some Financial qualification or diploma (Sound understanding of basic accounting practices and principles).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Pastel.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics department.
