We have an existing small but highly capable team of creative and dedicated individuals, which we plan to expand on exponentially future state.Role Description & Responsibilities Oversight of the Laboratory business including financials Management of laboratory operation and organisation of systems for team to implement on day to day basis Face of the organisation dealing with client queries or issues Understands how to face and liaise with suppliers and vendors Operate lab management systems with incoming/outgoing cases Monthly invoicing processes Project management for the implementation of new systems, processes and procedures and periodic reviewsDesired Skills that you should bring Business Management background/experience Clear and concise communication skills Self-starter and executes proactively Excellent organisation skills and able to hold people to account Excellent attention to detail Asks appropriate questions to source and validate information and become a subject matter expert Provide clear and appropriate escalation with suggestions to reduce or prevent future risk to the laboratory Able to break down problems and issues and provide possible solutions Experience dealing with day-to-day inquiries from Dentists and stakeholders People management skills Experience of using MS Applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience of using Xero for accounts management (preferable) Consistently demonstrates behaviours that map to our core values Humble, Hungry and SmartPreferred Qualifications No requirement but either 5 + years management experience or relevant experience in dentistry is helpful Salary, extras and bonus package Up to £30,000 based on experience and training requirements Up to £5k bonus based on EBITDA (profit) reaching strategic target Private Medical Insurance Coverage Working Hours – 35 hours per week to be delivered within a 5-day week and working day 8.30/9am start.
