Remote HCM Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional to provide expert support for the HCM system across multiple departments. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, including payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM systems, with bonus points for experience in the healthcare industry or similar markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Support: Provide technical and functional support for the Empeon system to clients across various departments.
- HCM Expertise: Assist clients with the full lifecycle of HCM processes, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, time tracking, and employee termination.
- Industry Insights: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of HCM systems and practices, including payroll tax compliance, deductions, benefits, PTO, and accrual management.
- Client Training: Educate clients on best practices for using systems efficiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve client issues related to the Clients system, offering tailored solutions and actionable advice.
- Healthcare Industry Support: Provide specialized assistance to clients in the healthcare industry, particularly those familiar with healthcare payroll and scheduling complexities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, system issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- HCM Systems Experience: Proven experience working with HCM platforms such as Rippling, or similar systems.
- Payroll Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax compliance, deductions, and related documentation.
- HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee termination workflows.
- Time and Attendance: Experience with managing time tracking, scheduling, and attendance records within an HCM system.
- Benefits Administration: Familiarity with employee benefits programs, including enrollment, PTO, and accrual management.
- Industry Background: Experience in the healthcare industry or working in payroll/HR roles within a healthcare organization is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support clients effectively and build strong relationships.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HCM systems or a comparable HCM platform.
- Prior experience in a client-facing support role.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific HR/payroll challenges and solutions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in HCM, payroll, or related systems support roles.
