Job Purpose
To provide strategic direction and leadership for community projects partnering with the university to facilitate and support the implementation of Work Integrated Learning framework and CE&WIL projects through appropriate grant systems, quality assurance and partnership agreements.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- PhD or relevant Doctor’s Degree or equivalent that is aligned with any of the University’s qualifications.
- 7 Years’ experience in Higher education and work integrated learning focusing on managing community and or Industry networks which supports workplace learning for students at Senior lecturer/ Associate Professor level.
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning and Implementation of WIL framework and WIL modules.
- Strategic support for Service Learning and students’ assessment Plans.
- Implement quality assurance systems.
- Maintain partnerships and build new partners.
- Generate reports for WIL activities.
- Financial Management.
- Human Resource Management.
- Coaching.
