JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to Senior Management
- Oversee the overall coordination of vehicles
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage sponsorships
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Manage scheduling of meetings and boardroom bookings
- Invoices and reconciliations
- Maintain filing system and accurate recordkeeping
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- One year experience in local and international travel arrangements
- Computer Literate
- Attention to detail
- Work under pressure
- Meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s license
- Efficient and disciplined
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Strong work ethic
