Brand Executive Job Description
The Brand Executive develops plans for the brand, customer experience, product offering, and brand loyalty to drive the organization’s brand awareness and achieve the sales and profit objectives. He/She champions the brand identity and offering throughout the organization and marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Conduct activities to communicate the business value proposition to the customers.

- Maintain customer retention programs.
- Manage the effectiveness of branding and customer loyalty programs.
- Manage product quality, design, and brand alignment.
- Manage input requirements to ensure product delivery.
- Predict emerging market needs.
- Conduct opposition activity surveillance.
Key Performance Indicators
- Identify new business/sales opportunities.
- Grow current customer sales targets.
- Measure and achieve brand objectives in line with company objectives.
- Develop a brand strategy and roll out to customers.
- Perform within the agreed divisional and brand strategies.
- Grow brand awareness within the industry.
- Increase customer acquisition.
- Ensure positive feelings, experiences, and perceptions your customers have about your brand.
- Implement and maintain Customer Satisfaction Score survey.
- Monitor and report on consumer brand consciousness.
- Monitor and report on customer buying behavior and trends.
- Develop, design, and implement new brand concepts.
- Create new customer relationships and maintain current customer relationships.
