Job Description:

Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care.
Manage administrative staff, schedules, and workflow.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain the use of Elixir Live for practice management.
Coordinate with medical staff and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing a GP practice or similar healthcare environment.
Proficiency in Elixir Live or similar practice management software.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills and a team player who fosters a positive work environment.
