Product Manager / Business Analysis
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled product development / Business analysis manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our strategic initiatives and delivering top-notch services to our clients. This is a fulltime position at Rakuten Luxemburg Technology located in Luxembourg and Munich. You will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to the product development of financial as well as credit card product. Work and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for new products and product enhancements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to ensure that products are developed according to specifications and timelines.
- Support sales team through the whole sales process: Evaluate business models, regulatory requirements, implementation of the solutions, commercial offers, as well as technical integration
- Define and manage go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy. Communicate the value proposition of new products to ensure that sales support materials and packages are create
- Communicate closely with the partners to understand and define the business requirements that drives material value for our customers.
- Be a product owner to bring the service on live. Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and document the product and business requirement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.

- Studies in Finance, IT, computer science
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, product development
- Work experience in payment, financial or credit card industry
- Knowledge of banking system, payment gateway, API connection
- Interested in Fintech, Finance Industry, payment transaction
- Knowledge of Database, technical skills, SQL, Python etc will be plus, good command of Excel, Strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language knowledge is plus
