What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Own and oversee the trial balance with comprehensive monthly commentaries.
- Manage revenue recognition, cost of goods sold, inventories, and financial provisions.
- Lead overhead trend analysis, fixed asset responsibilities, and bank payment approvals.
- Ensure seamless customer and intercompany invoicing processes.
- Implement and enhance processes for accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate on audits, ensuring timely resolution of auditor requests and successful closure.
- Support international entities with financial compliance, funding, and statutory requirements.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting expertise and advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables).
- Proven ability to refine processes while maintaining robust controls.
- Experience in multi-entity period-end closes (desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and deadline management.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to adapt to change.
