Employment Lawyer, Full or Part-time, Henley/Reading

The Role:
Location: Either Henley or Reading base with some remote working
Type: Either full-time or part-time
We are looking for an Employment Lawyer who is looking to develop their career in a collegiate and client-focused environment. We act for both employees and employers providing a full range of support and advice covering all aspects of employment law, including:
- Discrimination
- Grievances/Disciplinary Procedures
- Flexible Working
- Preparing and Negotiating Settlement Agreements
- Staff Handbooks and Contracts of Employment
- Supporting the Corporate Team with employment issues arising from M&A
- TUPE
The role will be varied and will require you to balance the skills and qualities needed to act for both individuals and employers. We will look to you to care for your clients and in return we shall create a supportive working environment that encourages achievement and success.
The role can be based at our Henley or Lower Earley offices, and remote working utilising our cloud-based platform is possible. This is a new role and applications will be considered for both full and part-time hours if a flexible work arrangement is important to you. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
