Enable cross-functional development teams to deliver quality software as effectively as possible whilst upholding the values, principles and practices of scrum methodology and the agile manifesto both personally and within the team. Work under moderate supervision by mentors and coaches to introduce new concepts and complex issues to the teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within company and/or across the FRG
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
- Help the Development Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Asses and evaluate of the current Agile environment within allocated Development Teams
- Coach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Review and report on the performance of the teams
- Implement customer service solutions demonstrating the shared values
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Ensure that scrum is understood and enacted.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Degree
- Preferred Qualification - Certified Scrum Master
- Experience - 2-3 years experience as part of an Agile software delivery team in any of the following roles
