Accountable for providing comprehensive end-to-end support to the Chief Executive Officer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Relevant Field
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
Responsibilities:
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential and non-confidential correspondence.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the CEO.
- Provide event management services as required for the CEO.
- Follow-up on established deadlines and ensure timely submissions by employees on reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Ensure timeous resolution of queries and complaints and take ownership of issues.
- Collaborate and build relationships with the various Departments and contribute to the overall performance of the Operations team.
- Ensure financial documentation is maintained to support accurate record keeping and future requirements as per legislation.
- Ensure feedback and progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Adhere to statutory standards, policies and procedures within the business unit to ensure compliance at all times and take remedial action where necessary.
