We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) Operational Controlling Analytics for a period of 4 to 6 months at our headquarters in Mannheim.
Support Data Product Development:
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the creation and enhancement of data products.
- Help manage and prioritize multiple data-related opportunities and stakeholder interactions.
Enhance Data Organization and Quality:
- Contribute to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of data critical to product development and operations.
Assist with Power BI Reporting:
- Update and improve Power BI dashboards to develop new data products and refine existing ones.
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to address data-related questions or opportunities.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Track communications, follow-ups, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of stakeholder activities to ensure all commitments are met.
Presentation Preparation:
- Develop clear, professional presentations for internal meetings and discussions related to data products.
Project Management Support:
- Support administrative tasks related to product development and stakeholder management.
- Help monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress for ongoing data initiatives, ensuring tasks stay on track.
Education:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in economics, business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
- Highly organized with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable and proactive, with the ability to handle responsibilities independently under guidance.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; experience in creating dashboards is a plus.
Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination and presentation development.
