In this position you ensure material availability of purchased parts through the supplier base predefined by strategic purchasing. Your main tasks will be the following:
- Procurement of spare parts, taking into account existing stocks, SP (ET) orders, action planning and replenishment times for purchased parts
- Active procurement of all purchased parts for all product groups (order processing / order maintenance / deadline control)
- Proactive control of pending deliveries via material lists
- Implementation of the dunning process, as well as initiation of countermeasures and escalation to the superior in the event of delivery difficulties at supplier level
- Monitoring and maintenance of master data in the central IT system (SAP)
- a completed, at least 3-year apprenticeship (related to a specific field)

- Supply chain knowledge, in particular logistics and procurement logistics / operational purchasing
- Confident knowledge of the latest versions of MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken English skills
- SAP knowledge
- Understanding of all possible logistics costs, especially freight and packaging

- Strong communication skills at different levels with internal customers and suppliers, as well as employees of different hierarchies
