Your Role: - Audit Leadership Manage audits from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Client Relations Act as the main point of contact, delivering exceptional service and managing expectations.
- Team Supervision Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and review of their work.
- Accounts & Compliance Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We re Looking For: - ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
- 3+ years of audit experience in a practice environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
