Job Description
The purpose of this job is to nurture vendor relationships. The incumbent will take ownership for the day-to-day business management of revenue and profit targets and development of the channel via existing and new reseller partnerships.
- The ability to form, build and farm relationships, network effectively and intelligently, internally, within the vendor and partner base.
- The ability to clearly articulate the vendor message to suit the audience, for example technical, commercial or financial and gain the buy in of all stakeholders.
- Ensure that a professional "research driven" approach is adopted to each meeting and opportunity.
- Liaising with internal departments e.g: Operations, sales, technical consultants, in order to fulfil customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, organising quotes, logistics and customer risk management.
- Logistics as part of post product and service delivery.
- Monthly sales reporting.
Qualifications
- Matric
- National Diploma/Degree IT
- Cyber Securtiy Certifications
Skills
- 3 + Years in Vendor Alliance within the Cyber Security Sector
- Strong Cyber Security, F5 Cloud Security experience will secure
- Track record of building and nurturing Vendor relationships
