Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on concise reporting and simplifying the reporting process for Campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of data, the ability to articulate insights derived from various sources, and a proven track record in campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities: The Campaign Data Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Campaign Analysis:
- Conducting in-depth post-campaign analytics, assessing campaign results, and analyzing changes in customer behavior.
- Developing and implementing statistical models to enhance campaign efficiency, both in acquisition and retention efforts.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams, including Customer Value Management (CVM) and IT, to ensure effective collaboration in targeting the right audience and industrializing timely data production.
- Collaborating with finance teams to provide breakdowns of performance statistics on various platforms.
- Supporting product development through customer analytics, market sizing, and revenue impact assessments.
- Data Segmentation and Reporting:
- Developing, maintaining, and operationalizing customer value, lifetime, and profitability segmentation.
- Creating and presenting reports on campaign segmentation, pricing analysis, and financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Post Grad Diploma in Business Administration
- BSc in Computer Science
Technical Skills:
