What you will do:
- Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and strengthen brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs and the company website.
- Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and audience preferences.
- Business Development
- Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and ensure conversion into long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on business development efforts and outcomes.
What you must have:
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media scheduling tools, email marketing software and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred, but not required.
