About the Opportunity
MoonPay is seeking a data-driven CRM Manager to join our Growth team and play a vital role in driving B2B and B2C product engagement and revenue.
What you will do
- Strategise, build and execute communications using Braze and Pipedrive (our CRM platforms) utilizing key engagement channels such as Email, Push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Partner team to enhance product awareness and engagement, with the end goal of generating incremental revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators, using data insights to continually refine strategies.
- Work closely with the Senior CRM Lead to design CRM experiments, including the test design and analysis.
- Refine segmentation and targeting to personalize communications for maximum impact.
About You
- An analytical approach that emphasises understanding customer/client behavior and planning based on data-driven insights.
- A passion for championing the customer/client perspective, advocating for their needs and preferences in the development of CRM strategies.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both B2B and B2C spaces.

- Copywriting experience.
