FTC (PROJECT BASED)
Inherent Requirements
- Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous sales experience in a service-related industry
- Previous experience in health and safety preferred
- Proven experience within a sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to cold call to obtain leads
- Ability to work with and leverage social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Other requirements & skills:
- Public Speaking – ability to present our products and services to an audience (often in the form of a PowerPoint presentation)
- Ability to ask the “right” questions with regards to prospective clients
- Ability to present at tender presentations when we are shortlisted
- Excellent marketing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both superiors and peers

Duties and responsibilities:
- Sell all Workforce Healthcare services to clients
- Conduct cold calls
- Set up appointments with potential clients
- Conduct service calls as and when required
- Establish clients’ needs / requirements
- Advise clients on the benefits of outsourcing
- Draw up quotes in collaboration with the OPS Team (on the CQM System)
- Present quotes to clients and negotiate accordingly
- Ability to prepare and present presentations
- Follow up on all visits and/or quotes to clients
- Closing deals and ensuring prescribed targets are met
- Ensure all leads provided are followed up on
- Ensure that all relevant documentation in terms of the sales administration process is completed accurately
- Assist with the rollout of new contracts
- Assist with the completion of reports
- Ensure that all clients receive exceptional customer service
- Establish, maintain and grow all business relationships with prospective as well as current clients
- Capture sales activity on the Client Quality Management system (CQM)
- Use any other software adopted by the team for effective sales
- Ensure that sales reports and other progress reports are generated and submitted timeously to the Sales Team leader
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as and when required
- Achieve cost of desk sales targets
- Perform ad hoc functions as and when requested by the Managing Director and/or Sales Team Leader
