Job Title: Inside Project Coordinator / Junior Estimator

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Position Purpose
The Inside Project Coordinator / Junior Estimator plays a key role in supporting daily estimating tasks, handling submittals, performing quantity take-offs, and working with operations to coordinate all aspects of field activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimating & Pricing: Assist with the preparation of estimates and acquire vendor pricing to support project bids.
- Document Management: Upload, download, assemble, organize, and file project documentation from inception to completion.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with estimators, vendors, field project managers, and technicians.
- Project Coordination: Support daily technician scheduling and track material and equipment needs for ongoing projects.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute outgoing mail, email, and online correspondence related to project information.
- Data Management: Track project deliverables and create reports to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Research & Development: Research and resolve project-related issues, including investigating products and potential solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and networked PC systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and utilize estimating software and stay current with new technologies and processes.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and capable of researching solutions for project-related issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
