What will you be doing?
The Retail Administrator reports into the Retail Account Manager as part of the Retail client team. The ideal candidate would need to have a high degree of organizational skills to support the Senior Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Director. The role requires strong interpersonal engagement skills to deliver an all-round excellent service to the Retail client.
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing and preparing for internal and client meetings
- Capturing accurate minutes from meetings
- Professionally summarizing minutes
- Sharing with clear next steps, roles, and responsibilities
- Following up on outstanding tasks and issues with key stakeholders
- Holding internal and external stakeholders accountable
- High level data analysis
- Presentation delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Supporting technology adoption in client portfolio through the comprehensive understanding of our solution offering
Requirements
- Tertiary Education with 1 - 3 years working experience.
- Demonstrate an innate interest in market research and data-driven decision making.
- Enjoy both data analysis and delivery of insights presentations.
- High level of attention to detail
- High level of technology proficiency
