The opportunity
As the Executive Assistant to our C-Suite, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team, namely our CEO, CTO and COO. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, co-ordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Efficiently manage complex calendars for C-Suite executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
- Draft and edit emails, summaries, presentations and other documents as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by the C-Suite, providing research and administrative support.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Occasional in-person support, including running errands and assisting with personal tasks.

- Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as adept in email correspondence.
