Our client is seeking a Senior Hygiene Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the food manufacturing environment, particularly in hygiene and sanitation practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or Food Technology
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards and sanitation practices in food production
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to hygiene management
- Ability to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
