Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with debtor and creditor management, leading month-end reconciliations, managing stock processes, and utilizing Sage Accounting & Payroll with expertise.
About the Role:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and submitting SARS eFiling (EMP201) returns.
- Manage stock levels and track inventory with precision.
- Calculate wages, salaries, and overtime payments for our team members.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth account balancing and timely financial reporting.
What We Offer:
A market-related salary that reflects your skills, experience, and qualifications. Estimated salary: R450,000 - R550,000 per annum.
