The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will deliver comprehensive HR services to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met.
- Develop and implement HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis.
