- Occupational health and safety oversight and coordination
- Compliance (including EE, Skills Development, BBBEE)
- Reporting and Budget Management
- Employee Administration and Support
- Personnel Management
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or relevant HR qualification
- 5 years’ experience in managing the HR function in a similar or bigger organisation
- Knowledge of all relevant legislation, including LRA, BCEA, OHSA, and COIDA
- Language proficiency in Afrikaans and English
