Job Summary

The key responsibilities of this role include resolving customer complaints within the set timeframe, following up on pending complaints, and informing customers of their complaints progress. Additionally, you will be required to sell products or services telephonically and handle objections appropriately.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
