The IT Support Analyst is the first point of contact for IPC EMEA employees, providing best in class user technical support, solutions, advice or a work around where applicable and responsible for IPC EMEAs internal and external systems.
The role requires excellent communication skills, experience of working with key stakeholders and confidence in finding technical solutions. The technical requirements of the role are experience in:
Active Directory administration and Group Policy
Office 365, SharePoint and Intune administration
Administering Azure AD
Hyper-V server infrastructure knowledge
Understanding of DFS file replication
Sophos intercept X antivirus or equivalent
SonicWall firewalls, NetExtender VPN solution
Familiar with imaging software concept
Backup technologies
Knowledge of Wi-Fi and networking solutions
iOS, iPhone and iPad experience
Patch panel administration
Accountable for …
All IT hardware and software, desk phones and phone system, iPads and iPhones Laptop base builds, rebuild and 3-year replacement cycle.
Resolution of all IT queries and escalation when necessary.
Enabling the business to work without interruption including maximum up time for all critical applications, systems and servers. Assist in the rollout of in essential maintenance and wider projects.
