(Senior) Manager HRIT Europe (m/f/x)
The Position:
This role is responsible for design and overseeing, coordinating, and managing activities related to the ongoing operation of modules in SuccessFactors on a regional scale.
Specifically, this includes the set-up and performance of regional Modules (currently Performance & Goal Management; Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting & Onboarding) with the view to ensuring that they remain robust, scalable, and aligned with the corporate and HR functional and common business needs of Daiichi Sankyo Europe & Canada.
In addition, this role will serve as first point of contact for regional HR Business Owners as well as Global Module Owners of modules managed globally (currently Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, Variable Pay) and ensures that regional needs are given appropriate consideration.
- Responsible for the design, configuration, customizing and further development of the relevant Regional SAP Success Factors modules with a holistic e2e process perspective including the use of other tools as necessary and ensuring the connection and data flow with adjacent modules or other external process steps where appropriate.
- Ensure and execute smooth operations and technical support of the relevant HRIS Module(s) including technical process and annual cycle management, documentation, testing, training and support materials for end-users, handling of queries, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Lead or support consulting and implementation projects in the area of Success Factors
- Cooperate closely and trustfully with Global Technical Owners and Regional HR Business Process Owners and internal as external stakeholders, in particular with Regional HRIT, HR Business, IT, Finance, and external consultants.
- Monitor market practice and explore opportunities for adopting new features and functionality and technical enhancement of regional module design to optimize end-user experience.
- Identify and assess impacts being incurred by module changes, including changes on other modules or integrations.
- Implement and manage robust data governance processes to ensure ongoing data quality and security, facilitate or collaborate in regular audits.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, master is a plus
- 5+ years work experience within the HRIT area
- Business fluent English. German would be a plus
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of technical and service management principles for HRIT support, data security and compliance as well as functional and solution knowledge pertaining to Performance, Compensation, Variable Pay and proficiency in relevant software and tools are essential.
- Business Expertise: Good understanding of industry and comprehensive knowledge of HR functional areas and processes and understanding how they interact and contribute to achieve HR objectives.
- Success Factors Expertise: Use broad and comprehensive expertise of concepts and practices in Success Factors functionality to inform HR strategic decisions and ensure conscientious design and governance of the module.
- Data Governance: Experience with data governance processes to ensure ongoing data quality and security, supported by regular audits, data maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
- System Development: Ability to explore opportunities for adopting new features and functionality to recommend technical enhancements of module design, as well as ability to assess potential impacts of module changes.
- Collaboration & Trust: Trusted partner for HR Business; understanding of HR processes and Functional requirements and ability to translate those into sustainable technical solutions; commonly aligned with HR stakeholders regionally and globally; where applicable.
