Will be responsible for (but not limited to)
1-Greeting the customers
2-Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
3-Maintaining guest accounts and processing guests transactions during their stay.
4-Dealing with any and all special needs or requests from guests during their stay.
5-Dealing with all concerned OTAs ( Online Travel Agents) for confirmation of bookings, getting payments where applicable and to reconcile the invoices etc.
6-Assisting with reservations for guest as and when required.
7- Dealing with guests via emails and social media platform.
