Matric. Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Credit Management. Minimum 5 years full debtors experience. FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry experience could secure. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients. Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Monitor and manage the credit control processes
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address any payment delays promptly
Processing invoices.
Reconciliation of debtors accounts
Preparing statements and reports
Ensure that all accounts are followed-up on a weekly basis to ensure that all accounts due are collected and that system notes are kept up to date
Ensure that accounts remain an approved terms
