Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and continues improvement of FSMS/QMS including GMP/HACCP and FSSC 22000.
ensure Quality Management Systems are developed and implemented to reduce variability and improve product and service quality.
Responsible for developing traceability of raw materials and final products.
Ensure products dispatched meet product specifications.
Audit systems, factory trials, pre-production and launches.
Ensure that training is in place and up to standard across site.
Support systemic performance improvement in the department.
Ability to Lead, plan, organise and control personnel.
Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Food Science or similar Degree/Dip in Food Science Technology or equivalent
At least 6-10 years experience in similar food production environment
Lead Auditor
FSSC 22000/BRC
Allergen Management
Food Hygiene Training
