Overview
The Training Administrator is responsible for efficient and effective management of training-related operations within the Financial Services account. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to coordinate various training activities, ensuring seamless execution and participant satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the training function by providing administrative support and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Grade 12.
