A leading Resourcing company is looking for a Regional Process Specialist to be based at their offices in Johannesburg. The successful incumbent will be responsible to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. This includes deep diving into processes to achieve continuous improvements and being a process expert to facilitate rolling out M3 and GIM. Once these systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence and development in the regional organization.
KPI’s:
- Drive continuous improvements and focus on efficiency gains within the region.
- Translate the global processes into a regional context, define problems and give structured feedback to the global organization.
- Accountable for documenting and driving process efficiencies in the region including regular follow-up on cost out.
- Work with the requirements on template development and improvements: analyze, solution and document according to program requirements.
- Validate business benefit of the change/improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
- 8+ Years’ Experience
- In-depth experience of Supply Chain ERP Systems.
- Good understanding of the Supply Chain life cycle.
- Experience in data analytics and modelling to inform business decision making.
- Knowledge of Power-BI would be an advantage.
- Understanding of a matrix environment and global organisation.
