Job Title: Telecommunication Network Measurement Specialist

Key Outputs:
The successful candidate will report to the Manager: QoS Measurement and their responsibilities will include:
- Quality of service monitoring.
- Coverage map analysis.
- Resolving GSM and WCDM inference.
- Managing cross-border co-ordinations QoS monitoring.
- Providing technical support to other ICASA business units.
- Assisting other business units with the enforcement of the ECA and regulations.
- Effective management of stakeholders and dissemination of information.
- Participating in national and international forums.
- Supporting technical and/or software vendors.
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification in ICT (NQF Level 7).
4 Years relevant working experience in Telecommunications environment.
3 Years of management experience would be an added advantage.
Mobile networks drive testing benchmarking experience would be an added advantage.
