Overview
Job description: Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive who has the strategic ability to weave divergent stakeholder views together in a functional way. A person with high strategic potential, who wants to give back and create a sustainable organization in the various countries of operation, is preferable. This conceptualization embodies a long-term strategic view. The ability to understand different worldviews and bring them together in an inclusive, systemic, and respectful manner is important in this role.
A time frame of discredit of longer than 5 years is critical to balance short-term needs with long-term drives. A sociable, logical, and methodical leader who can make links, parallel process, and organize differently in various contexts is preferred. Relationships should be built on integrity, ethics, and credibility. From an emotional intelligence perspective, the following are important:

Qualifications:
- Relevant Bachelor of Commerce Degree: Human Resources or related field
- MBA or relevant Master’s degree
- Executive Development Course is advantageous
