Job Description:
Marketing Management:
Develop and implement brand strategies, budgeting, product launches, and packaging. Optimize product profitability and conduct market analysis. Initiate packaging and brand product development.
Brand Management:
Execute communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and competitor reviews. Foster interdepartmental collaboration and implement advertising campaigns and awareness drives.
Trade Marketing & Intelligence:
Liaise with trade teams, analyse markets, and take corrective action.
Expenditure Management:
Plan, monitor, and authorize market-related expenses.
Staff Management:
Train, develop, and manage staff performance while ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.
