The Marketing Manager, ABM will be at the forefront of driving growth in the EMEA region by fostering a connected sales and marketing experience. This role will bring teams together and create high levels of collaboration and partnership across various stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, business development, and integrated demand generation teams to align on the end-to-end campaign components and ensure execution across multiple channels aligns to the overarching ABM strategy.
Scope:
Our passionate, high-performance EMEA Demand Generation team is looking for a new talent to drive industry innovation for ABM at-scale, designing a more deeply connected sales and marketing motion. This role will execute end-to-end 1:1 and 1:Few ABM programs for the Retail industry and Commerce solutions in EMEA. As a Blue Yonder Marketing Manager, you will execute Blue Yonder’s strategy for account targeting, customer journeys, digital demand generation, and performance and measurement, with direct line of sight to business outcomes.
This role requires data-driven marketing expertise, with a passion for building pipeline and accelerating the sales cycle. Candidates should have a history of driving measurable business impact and successfully working across cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, individuals should be a strong proponent of marketing technology and operations. Time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once is key.
What you will do:
- Execute Blue Yonder’s ABM strategy: Responsible for building and managing the channels for account-based marketing that drive revenue. These channels will include email (outbound and nurture), digital marketing (social, retargeting, display, etc.), in-person and virtual events, custom content, and direct mail.
- Responsible for pipeline creation among qualified and educated prospects by developing and executing ABM programs that drive market visibility, generate demand, and achieve business and/or revenue goals.
- Responsible for reporting on progress towards Blue Yonder’s account-based marketing goals and compiling ABM program metrics such as page views, email opens, and clicks.
- Learn and understand Blue Yonder’s client base, our ideal customer profile, and the needs of our prospects to effectively market our products to them.
- Work with the ABM team, industry strategy team, sales, business development, and product marketing to understand the trends that are shaping the retail industry and messaging surrounding them.
- Drive sales enablement to help sales and business development act as marketers for ABM accounts - nurturing and reaching out to their prospects in a curated, simplified way.
- Develop strong relationships with sales reps to frequently share updates about ABM program progress, successes, areas for improvement, and suggestions for next steps.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an account-based marketing or demand generation role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and reporting on marketing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many account-based marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and booked revenue.
- Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross-functional teams across domestic and international markets.
- Prior experience working closely with the sales and business development team to achieve mutual results.
- Proven track record to exceed expectations, have high impact, and deliver results.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics, metrics, and working within automation tools such as Marketo, SFDC, 6Sense, or similar.
- Experience working with a creative team and building campaign briefs.
- Excellent project management skills.
- German speaking desirable but not essential.
