*Sister/Charge Nurse – Oncology*

*Permanent Full time 37.5 hours per week*
*Salary: £45,000 to £47,000 per annum + Fantastic Benefits*
As our new Sister / Charge Nurse you’ll be responsible for leading a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants in providing safe, holistic and individualised patient care. Day to day you’ll use your extensive experience within the Cancer setting to lead by example and make a big difference to your patients, using treatments rarely found elsewhere.
You’ll also have much more autonomy day to day, including more control over assessment and treatment decisions while having the support you need to develop your career, whether that’s through regular development sessions from external speakers or one of our many funded courses, including master’s level qualifications.
*What you’ll bring:*
* A current NMC Nurse registration
* Extensive experience within the Cancer / Oncology specialty
* SACT competency
* Evidence of continual professional development
* Previous management experience / training
