We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Steinbeis student to support the management and development of the ZEISS Business Partner Program. In this role, you will work closely with the program manager, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth onboarding of new partners, effective execution of program benefits, and the tracking of program growth.

Assist with the onboarding processes for new ZEISS Business Partner Program participants, including supporting the ZEISS VISION CENTER application and execution processes

Provide assistance in implementing ZEISS Business Partner Program benefits, such as refraction room designs, ZEISS In-Store concepts, and other program offerings

Support the updating and maintenance of designs and operational guidelines to align with current market needs and program standards

Help ensure smooth communication and alignment with market teams throughout the whole process

Assist in collecting feedback and specific needs from market teams and monitor the rollout plans of the pro-gram across different countries

Prepare status updates and summaries to support program reporting

Contribute to identifying areas for improvement in existing processes and assist in implementing changes to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness

Assist in documenting ZEISS VISION CENTER and branded retail concepts worldwide, creating organized and comprehensive records for internal and external use

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, with an interest in pursuing a dual Master program in collaboration with Steinbeis

Work Experience or proven project management skills/knowledge

Strong organizational and communication skills, paired with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset

Strategic thinking as well as strategy development skills
