The TKE Senior Manager of Global Quality is responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) across the TKE organization. The primary objective is to deliver and install zero-defect products for the New Installation and Service lines of business, while also supporting the achievement of TKE's Enterprise ESG (Environmental & Social Goals) within Product Centers.
- Quality Management System: Define, implement, and manage a global Quality Standards for TKE's New Installation and Modernization lines of business. This includes establishing and maintaining harmonized and comprehensive quality procedures, process , Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), systems, and tools to ensure consistency and excellence throughout the entire production lifecycle.
- Product Development Management System: Define, implement, and manage standard work for Product Development Process in collaboration with the PMO and PDC. Ensure program effectiveness by establishing governance and processes that align with program goals. Partner with the engineering organization to design defect-free, competitive products, taking ownership of quality outcomes in global strategic programs. Provide guidance and support to local teams as needed to achieve consistent quality results across the organization.
- Supplier Quality: Defining and implementing a supplier industrialization and qualification process tailored to TKE products and suppliers. The primary objective is to ensure that TKE suppliers meet stringent quality, performance, and compliance requirements, maintaining a high standard of results across the supply chain.
- Lead the Global Supplier Quality Team: Oversee the Global Supplier Quality team to ensure high performance among global EOX and HIRI suppliers. Provide support to various Business Units (BUs) on supplier quality and performance issues, fostering strong supplier relationships. Define and maintain a clear RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) model with BUs for each stage of the product lifecycle with suppliers, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities to optimize supplier management and quality outcomes.
- Transformation Project: Support Key transformation programs by providing the right level of guidance, being able to analyse in depth product and process aspects of the program and providing strategic guidance and in-depth analysis of both product and process elements, ensuring that the local teams are equipped to make business-oriented decisions based on a thorough assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Risk Identification and Governance: Establish and lead governance frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and address quality risks across the organization, prioritizing critical improvement opportunities.
- Foster a Collaborative Culture: Promote a culture of collaboration and alignment across Business Units (BUs) to enhance transparency and capitalize on synergies. Drive the sharing and implementation of best practices from each site to maximize efficiency and achieve organizational benefits, ensuring teams work together toward common goals.
Experienced Quality executive with proven track record of operational manufacturing and supply chain successes and transformation projects.
- Master degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (desirable)
- Strong functional expertise in quality within elevator industries
- Strong business judgement and financial acumen
- Experience in End to End delivery of New products
- Strong track record of continuously improving and outperforming on key plant metrics (delivery, quality, cost)
- Experience in leading make vs Buy decisions and setting up optimal quality strategy
- Strong delivery, completion and outperformance mindset
- Ability to embrace business priorities
