TK Elevator Transformation team are supporting the successful delivery of its Transformation program. This program will enable our company to strengthen our competitive position in our regional markets through customer-centric strategies, delivery of a consistent operational excellence across geographies and managing costs in effective manner.
The Transformation Manager will be instrumental to the delivery of this complex cross-business program, with high levels of senior exposure. The role provides a great opportunity to enter TKE at a pivotal time in the company's value creation journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the transformation team and wider business across the value creation cycle from project ideation to delivery
- Ideation of new transformation initiatives including identifying improvement areas, analyzing trends and root causes and development of solutions
- Scoping, structuring, and initiating transformation work streams
- Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects
- Supporting project teams and working closely with the Finance department to plan and track transformation costs, financial targets and project timelines
- Supporting the implementation of a consistent Transformation governance, project management standards, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status
- Contributing to the development and integration of the strategic transformation plan into the global operational planning
- Supporting management and further development of internal tools ,models and databases
- Supporting and serving as sparring partner for the Transformation Office teams and local Management in our business units
- A university degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting , investment banking / M&A or in-house strategy / M&A / FP&A with a multinational company
- Experience with transformation projects are a plus
- Strong project management skills in an international setting, working across multiple countries
- Solid knowledge of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data
- A track record of delivering in a fast paced, complex and challenging multi-work stream environment
- A team player mentality, resilience, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude
- Professional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and structuring presentations for executive meetings and communication
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
